1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) exclusively govern the contractual relations between Maeva Electro and any person making a purchase on the site.
2. Products and Prices
The products offered for sale are those appearing on the site on the day of consultation by the user. Prices are indicated in Euros (€) and include all taxes.
3. Order and Payment
The customer validates their order after checking their cart and accepting these T&Cs. Payment is made by Bank Transfer. The order will only be processed after the effective receipt of funds in Maeva Electro's account.
4. Delivery
Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order. Delivery times are given as an estimate and may vary according to the destination.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, except for return shipping costs.
6. Guarantees
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, as provided by the Civil Code.
